At MAR LAB STORE, exchanges or returns are only accepted if the item(s) reach us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Kindly note that sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.

Eligibility for Exchange (Regular-Priced Items Only)

You may request an exchange under the following conditions:

1. Defective Items

Defects include holes, missing parts, faulty stitching and discoloration before washing or wrong item(s) shipped. 

For items that are deemed with defects, we will exchange for the same item that is still in-stock,

or a refund if that particular item is out of stock.

If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will proceed with an exchange for the same item (subject to stock availability)

or provide a refund if the item is no longer available.

2. Sizing Issues

All measurements are based on the production specifications and the Size Chart provided on each product page.

A measurement variance of 0.5–0.7 inches may occur and will not be considered a defect.

If you wish to exchange for a different size, it will be subject to the availability of the requested size.

Steps for Return or Exchange

Before sending an item back to us, please follow these steps:

1. Email a clear photo of the defect to marlabstoresg@gmail.com
2. Include your Order Number, Name, and Contact Number
3.Wait for a confirmation email from our team before proceeding
4. Once approved, you may mail the items to address we provide.

Important Notes

Shipping costs for returns are to be borne by the customer.

In cases where a wrong item was sent, MAR LAB STORE will cover the return shipping fee.

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packed and properly sealed.

We strongly recommend using registered mail or a courier service with tracking.

We will not be responsible for any lost packages in transit.

Any returns received without prior confirmation will not be processed.

MAR LAB STORE reserves the right to exercise full discretion

in approving or rejecting any return or exchange requests.
